Laundry Express Japan
Laundry Express Japan ("we", "us", "our") provides a wash and tumble dry service with pickup and delivery to hotels, Airbnbs, and other accommodations in Tokyo.
Our service includes: Machine washing and gas tumble drying, folding, and packaging.
Our service does NOT include: Ironing, pressing, stain removal, dry cleaning, hand washing, or any form of specialized garment treatment.
We operate in selected areas of Tokyo. Service availability and delivery times depend on pickup location and time of booking.

Your laundry is weighed at the time of pickup using a calibrated scale. We will photograph the scale reading for your reference.
Weight rounding policy: If your laundry exceeds the included weight by 500 grams or more, an additional 1kg charge will be applied. For example, if the base includes 3kg and your laundry weighs 3.5kg or more, you will be charged for 4kg.
If additional charges apply, we will send a Stripe payment link via WhatsApp or email before cleaning begins. Cleaning of additional items will not start until payment is confirmed.
If you do not wish to pay the additional weight charges after your laundry has been picked up and weighed, we will wash and return the portion covered by your base payment (up to 3kg). The remaining items will be returned to you unwashed. The base payment is non-refundable as the service (pickup, weighing, washing, and delivery) has already been initiated.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. After you submit a booking request, we will send a payment link via WhatsApp or email.
Booking is only confirmed once payment has been completed.
To cancel, please contact us via WhatsApp (+81 70-5635-6185) or email (info@laundryexpressjapan.com). Cancellation is effective when confirmed by our team.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
We wash your clothes using standard machine washing cycles with eco-friendly detergent, followed by gas tumble drying. All items are then carefully folded and packaged.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all items submitted for cleaning are suitable for machine washing and gas tumble drying. Please check garment care labels before submitting.
The following items are not suitable for our service and must not be included in your laundry. We accept no responsibility for damage to these items:
By submitting your laundry, you confirm that all items are suitable for machine washing and tumble drying, and you accept full responsibility for any items that are not.
We are not liable for any damage, shrinkage, color loss, color bleeding, fading, pilling, or deterioration of items, regardless of the cause.
We do not provide re-washing, compensation, refunds, or any other remedy for dissatisfaction with cleaning results, including but not limited to: remaining stains, odor, shrinkage, wrinkles, or folding quality.
Stain removal is not included in our service. Our standard wash cycle may reduce the appearance of some stains but is not designed to remove them. We accept no responsibility for stains that remain after washing.
In no event shall Laundry Express Japan's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our service exceed the service fee paid by the customer for the specific order in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of use, or sentimental value.
We exercise reasonable care in handling your laundry. However, we do not accept liability for lost or misplaced items.
If you believe an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description of the item(s). We will make reasonable efforts to locate the item(s).
Any claim for lost items is subject to the limitation of liability stated in Section 5. Our maximum liability for lost items shall not exceed the service fee paid for the order in question.
We will pick up and deliver laundry to the address provided in the booking. Laundry should be left at the hotel front desk or handed to our driver. We will communicate pickup and delivery times via WhatsApp.
Delivery times are estimates only. While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses, costs, or inconvenience resulting from delivery delays. No refunds, discounts, or credits are provided for late deliveries.
We photograph your laundry and the scale reading at the time of pickup. These photographs serve as our record of the items received and the weight measured. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept this documentation process.
Any disputes regarding the condition or quantity of items must be supported by photographic evidence and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us directly to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
We collect personal information (name, email, phone, hotel details) solely for the purpose of providing our service and communicating with you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary to process payments (Stripe).
